The personal information that we collect and why we collect it


Contact forms

Our website uses a contact form for communication between ourselves and our customers. The stored information is that which is entered by the user:
Name, email address, subject and unique message.
These are required if a client is interested in our services and contacts us via the contact form.

 

Cookies

If you post a comment on our website, this may constitute an agreement to store your name, email address and website address in cookies. This is a convenience feature that removes the need for your to re-enter all this information when you post a further comment. These cookies will be stored for one year.

If you already have an account and you log into this website, we will store a temporary cookie to see if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal information and will be deleted when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will put in place several cookies to store your login and viewing options. Login cookies and display-option cookies will expire after two days and one year respectively. If, during login, you opt to ‘Stay logged in’, your login will be maintained for a period of two weeks. When you log out of your account, the login cookies will be deleted.

When you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie contains no personal information and only contains a reference to the contribution ID of the article you have just edited. This cookie will expire after one day.

Google fonts

Analysis services


Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). How long we store your information

If you post a comment, it will be stored indefinitely including its metadata. Doing so enables us to automatically identify and approve subsequent posts without needing to keep comments in a moderation queue.

We also store the personal information entered in the user profiles of any users who register on our website. All users are free to view, amend or delete their personal information at any time (the username cannot be changed). The website administrators can also view and change this information.

 

Your rights to your personal information

If you have an account on this website or have posted comments, you can request that we export your personal information, including all of the information you have provided us with. Moreover, you can request that we delete all of the personal information that we hold about you. This does not include the data that we need to retain for administrative, legal and security-related requirements.
